Ottobre oltre ad essere il mese della zucca è anche quello delle castagne. Oggi ho voluto realizzare un pane molto semplice e rustico alle castagne. Non amo la pasta madre, perché onestamente non ho molta voglia di accudirla. Quella secca non mi piace, per cui mi sono dedicato a fare il pane con il lievito di birra fresco. Negli anni mi ha dato grandi soddisfazioni e cerco sempre di migliorarmi. Quello di oggi è un pane molto classico a base i farina di castagne che potete utilizzare per mangiare salumi e formaggi o anche per la colazione con uno strato generoso di confetture decise.
