Crostata integrale e riso al mirto ricetta

Oggi ricetta di una crostata fatta con una frolla a base di farina integrale e di riso. Una frolla leggermente sabbiosa grazie alla farina di riso. La torta di oggi è il frutto di un lavoro e di pensieri volendo realizzare un mondo stellato. Tante stelle di varie dimensioni che possono essere addendate da tutti voi. Per il ripieno una particolarissima confettura di mirto che potete sostituire nel caso non la trovaste con quella ai mirtilli oppure ai lamponi. Sapori dolci ma anche aspri. Provatela e non vorrete più rinunciarci.
