Riso di Pasta Viazzo, Chef Davide Oldani, e una meravigliosa giornata a Vercelli

Finalmente riesco a scrivere di questo meraviglioso evento al quale ho preso parte il 26 Settembre.
Grazie a Enrica di Mistral, sono stata invitata insieme ad altre 6 blogger, a trascorrere una giornata alla scoperta di un prodotto nuovo ed innovativo che si chiama Riso di Pasta, e questa piacevole scoperta è stata guidata niente popo di meno che dallo Chef Davide Oldani.

Ci siamo recate a Vercelli, in un bellissimo laboratorio che si chiama di-Lab e che ha preso vita grazie alla famiglia Viazzo, magnate del riso da 4 generazioni.
